Malaga Set to Welcome Seatrade Cruise Med 2024: Building on Success

After the resounding success of the previous event, Malaga is once again gearing up with excitement to host the international fair for the cruise sector, Seatrade Cruise Med, in 2024 for the second consecutive year. This marks the first time that the organization has chosen the same destination as the previous edition.

Within the framework of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR), Malaga presented this next edition of Seatrade Cruise Med, one of the most important meetings in the cruise segment worldwide that will bring together the main cruise companies, tourism companies, tour operators and travel agents of this industry.

Thus, the cruise industry will meet again on September 11 and 12, 2024 at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos (The Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center), which last edition received more than 2,000 visitors from 78 countries, including the attendance of more than 170 executives from shipping companies.

In Malaga, a committee has already been established for the organization and attendance of this fair which, in addition to repositioning the city on the world map of the cruise industry, will also reinforce Spain’s role as one of the main destinations of cruise ships in Europe.
