Malaga Cruise Port

The Port of Málaga is one of the oldest in the Mediterranean and a strategic hub on the southern coast of Spain. It features modern cruise facilities and a prime location just steps from the city's historic centre. The port handles a mix of cruise, cargo, and recreational traffic, blending seamlessly with Málaga's urban and cultural landscape.
2

Mosque - Cathedral of Córdoba

The Great Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba is the city's most iconic monument and one of the most extraordinary architectural sites in the world. Its structure reflects the full evolution of the Umayyad style in Spain, enriched by Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque elements added during its Christian transformation.
3

Puente Romano

The Puente Romano is a historic bridge that spans the Guadalquivir River in Córdoba. You can cross it in either direction — it's located near the Great Mosque and connects to the Calahorra Tower at its southern end. Although the current structure is a medieval reconstruction, the 19th-century cobblestone paving evokes a distinctly Roman atmosphere. The bridge features 16 arches of varying sizes and irregular spacing, with protective abutments. From the southern bank, you'll enjoy excellent views of both the bridge and the river.
4

Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos

The Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos is a fortified palace in Córdoba that served as both a royal residence and a military stronghold. With its imposing defensive walls, the site offers a remarkable example of the city's architectural evolution over the centuries. Inside, Roman and Visigothic remains coexist with elements from the Islamic period, all forming part of a complex that became the preferred residence of Córdoba's Christian monarchs after the Reconquista.
5

Plaza de la Corredera

In centuries past, the square was used as a bullring — a legacy still reflected in the nearby street named Toril (Bulls' Enclosure). Over time, it has witnessed everything from autos de fe and public speeches to executions during the French invasion. Today, the square is home to a variety of cafés and bars and hosts a Medieval Market each January. In summer, it becomes a lively concert venue, and thanks to Córdoba's pleasant evening temperatures, it's a popular gathering spot on spring and summer nights.
6

Jewish Quarter

In the heart of the Jewish Quarter, not far from the Mosque–Cathedral, lies this charming little street that every visitor to Córdoba seeks out. The narrow alley gently slopes upward, opening onto a small, picturesque square. Balconies adorned with flowers and wrought-iron grilles fill the air with fragrance, delighting all who pass by. A fountain graces one side of the square, offering a lovely view of the Cathedral's bell tower.
7

Medina Azahara

Nestled at the foot of the Sierra Morena mountains, just five miles from Córdoba, lies the mysterious palace-city of Madinat al-Zahra, wrapped in legend and intrigue. Built by Caliph Abd al-Rahman III, its origins are said to be rooted in love — a lavish tribute to his favourite, Azahara, following his declaration as Caliph in 929 A.D. This magnificent city, born of power and passion, remains one of the most captivating legacies of Al-Andalus.

Córdoba is a city shaped by the legacy of Iberian, Roman, and Muslim cultures. Rich in tradition, it stands out for its impressive architectural heritage and a gastronomy that has regained its shine through the revival of ancient local recipes. Its most iconic monument is the Great Mosque–Cathedral, one of the most astonishing sites in the world. Within its walls, centuries of history coexist — from the evolution of Umayyad art in Spain to the Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles added during its Christian period.
