The Alcazaba and Roman Theatre of Málaga stand side by side at the foot of Mount Gibralfaro, offering a unique glimpse into the city’s Moorish and Roman past. The Roman Theatre, dating back to the 1st century BC, is Málaga's oldest monument, while the Alcazaba, an 11th-century Moorish fortress, impresses with its palatial architecture and hilltop views. Together, they form a historic and cultural hub visited by thousands every year.
